The guaranteed world-class quality system gives us a strong base to provide customers with the best quality testing, certification and inspection services. With regard to achieving customer service excellence, our Customer Service Department is responsible for providing customers with timely pick-up and delivery services, handling customers inquiries, delivering updated STC information to customers, managing the storage and retrieval affairs of the warehouse, etc. To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, our Customer Service Department will carry out market surveys and analyze survey results regularly.

Sample Pick-up & Delivery Service

STC will provide you with the service of sample pickup to cater for your needs. Our professional courier team can go to offices in most parts of Hong Kong twice a day, five days a week. We also guarantee the time that the samples arrive at STC.

• Samples will arrive at STC within the same day for orders placed before 10:30 a.m.
• Samples will arrive at STC before the start of the following day for orders placed before 3:30 p.m.
• Samples will arrive at STC before 1:00pm of the following day for orders placed before 6:00 p.m. *

* For locations at Cheung Sha Wan and Lai Chi Kok only
If the reports and tested samples are to be returned to you, you can choose to collect them at our head office or Customer Service Centre at Cheung Sha Wan MTR station . You can also choose to enjoy our sample delivery service to send the reports and samples to your place.
