The Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre is the longest established and most respected independent product testing, certification and inspection institute in  Hong Kong . The Centre is now inviting qualified candidates to the position of:   

US and/ or Europe sales agent and collaborator
 
The applicant must possess:
- 2 years’ post-qualification experience with consumer products inspection and testing industry;
- 1-2 years exposure to retail chains, buying offices, trading companies, and related companies; and
- Experience in customer services is desirable.
 
Candidates who have pleasant personality and outgoing are preferable.
 
Duties include:
1. Develop a greater client database and increase overseas sales; and
2. Perform reception duties and answer inspection related enquiries if required.

South East Asia Inspector
 
The Hong Kong Inspection Company Ltd has a number of vacancies for the above position in South East Asiacountries, such as Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.
 
The applicant must possess:
- 2 years’ post-quali­fication relevant experience with consumer products inspection;
- University graduate preferred;
- Good understanding of sampling plan and AQL;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
 
- High integrity, trustworthy and reliable; and
- Good time management.

Duties include:
 
1. Prepare fully-detailed inspection reports; and
2. Take clear and detailing photos for the inspection reports.

  • Customer Relationship Management in developing STC overseas clients
  • Enhancement of Group testing, inspection and certification business
  • Participation in trade shows  
  

Customer Services Officer (CFD/TCD)

    • Form 7 or above preferable in Science background 
    • 1 year relevant experience in customer service 
    • Polite, patient, hard-working, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
    • Competent in English / Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
    • Good communication skills with excellent customer service orientation is essential
    • Good knowledge of PC applications 
    • Fresh Graduate will also be considered 

 

Sales Executive

    • One to two years foodtesting experience s preferred
